My desire to help others feel good started over 30 years ago
As a Health and Fitness Trainer, I flowed into specialising in Pilates and becoming one of the leading instructors in my home city.
With my business’s growth exceeding my ability to physically and mentally cope, I was unable to continue holding the flame as business woman, wife and mother of two young children.
Experiencing postnatal depression, extreme overwhelm and physical fatigue, I was tired of being tired and cranky and waking up like every day was Groundhog Day!
The turning point for change was my children’s concern for me being unable to get out of bed. How could I expect my children to show up for themselves if I couldn’t show up for myself and my own happiness.
It was Christmas 2015
… when a beautiful friend introduced me to the movie the Secret by Rhonda Byrne where one of the teacher’s, Marci Shimoff, touched my heart deeply.
I knew I had found my teacher. They say when the student is ready, the teacher appears. The following year I enrolled in one of Marci’s life changing programs.
Based on the latest findings in positive psychology and her New York Times Bestseller “Happy for No Reason”, I became an International Happy for No Reason® Trainer and Love Ambassador.
Through teaching groups of women for the next 6 years, how to be happy and love themselves unconditionally, I recognised there were others who had walked paths like mine, and it became clear. My soul was calling me to coach and guide women at a deeper personal level. To share how to reconnect with their light and the passion inside that knows they’re here to be more on this planet. And to achieve this from a place of ease with an alive energy inside that unfolds into an extraordinary life, they know they’re here to live.
Creating a shift
Embracing this newly guided path and Certification as a Results Life Coach, I have been blessed to witness client’s shift their mind’s thoughts and energy from confusion and overwhelm to radiating a confident and powerful presence from within and have these transforming qualities show up clearly in their life.

Why integrate Horses & Reiki into my coaching and classes?
Care & Connection
My love with horses started at age 11 when my family were lent a Shetland for my grandmother to start my and my sister’s riding journey. Having the balance to stay on was my Grandmother’s motto. There was no saddle until you could master this skill.
A gift I deeply treasured into my adult years and became a passion and skill I loved to teach.
My relationship with horses was for care and connection as I explored our family’s small cattle property before and after school and on weekends until I left home to progress my working career.
My daughter’s love for her first pony reignited this passionate connection and has now blossomed into a herd of 8.
Horses, Reiki & Mother Earth
I found through my experiential exploration, the energy of horses amplifies our connection with Mother Earth and opens a profound experience of clarity and oneness with self and others.
An experience I innately knew was to be shared with others and guided me to the learnings of Reiki for Humans and Horses and training at a Master Level.
With the invited help from the Horses and Reiki, I infuse this combined energy into our online and on-site coaching sessions.
